At Trade Blue, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Sale items (if marked as final sale)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at trade@tradeblue.net.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
